He is INDOOR ONLY because this boy has been DECLAWED. Go to the shelter and find your new best friend. Come home and fill out our pet adoption application and email to us. We will review your application and if approved, meet you at the Loudon shelter to pick up your new lap sitting BEST FRIEND for life.
